THE RITZ HOTEL
The We visited The Ritz on 16th February 2016
(This restaurant was visited before we started the food blog so it is not an in depth review).
What a lovely experience, you must try it. This is a true English establishment. The dining room is very grand and spectacular. Even though it is not a Michelin rated restaurant, the service is impeccable. As the main course is served, the waiters all stand next to their individual diners, and in perfectly timed precision, a wink of the eye, all the waiters lift the silver dome cloches off to display our dinners. The executive chef John Williams has an MBE.
The offer was for £55 plus service charge, and for this price you can't afford to miss it. It is a very grand experience and a great way to impress someone.
There also was a great singer, accompanied by a pianist for our entertainment.
